This is a great property. They are CAL student friendly and took very good care of our student athletes! It was easy to move in, very affordable for the girls and a great apartment with a washer/dryer! No replacing that as a vital amenity. The apartment is very close to campus and practice fields. I am so satisfied with my experience with SG Real Estate company. It is my first year moving into Berkeley and renting an apartment. The managers were friendly and they provided me with excellent advice on nearby restaurants and shopping places, making my transition to this area smoother. Also, their prompt response to any maintenance requests I’ve had has been impressive. The best thing I like about is that the location of my current residence is super convenient, near a nice grocery store and a bus stop.

Our Manager Jason is an amazing manager. Not only does he do a great job at keeping the building in order but he’s a hero as he helped our apartment take care of a petrifying situation. Major shoutout to him!
