Yes. You would use the same application link and in the Social Security section, you would need to input 000-00-0000. For current address you would just put your current address if international. We require an valid ID uploaded for all applications. For current employment you would put student if applicable.

Yes! We have a variety of buildings which come with a furniture package. We also have a vendor we work with who can provide furniture rental options for any of our units! Please ask us!
Yes! We have a variety of options suitable for every taste and budget. Many of our communities are 1-3 blocks from campus.
Yes! All leases are sent electronically for tenant convenience.

Yes! Once you have found someone to take over your lease, please let us know so we can connect with you regarding the next steps.
